Den här låten skrevs en dag när Johan tyckte att han var ledsen alldeles för ofta. Han sa till sig själv att “Nu räcker det!”, och fick därefter inspiration till låten. Titeln “Today I'm having my break” handlar om att man ska påminna sig själv om att man är bra, och förtjänar att belöna och ta hand om sig själv!
